HPRC Billet Reed Case 32cc Race Ported Zenoah Engine

We are pleased to now offer a powerful and competitive engine from HPRC. By using high quality core components these engines offer performance and reliability at a great value.

These engine uses a genuine Zenoah top end and crankshaft. The cylinder has been race ported with CNC machined intake, exhaust and transfer ports. These race ported cylinders increase the total peak HP and peak RPM over the factory head.

HPRC Recommends the use a Fujiwara Carb kit with 14mm Venturi, which is what was used during development and promo videos.

Matched to the cylinder is a billet reed case machined from 7075 aluminium featuring an oversized billet reed valve with carbon fiber reed petals. This particular setup keeps the 31.8cc of total displacement with the 38mm bore cylinder and 28mm stroke crankshaft. When added to a high performance tuned exhaust pipe you can expect Zenoah reliability and simplicity with tuner engine performance and power!

In keeping the engine at a great value price with a focus on Power & quality core components; HPRC finishes the engine with 30N fan covers and engine shrouds.
