HPRC Billet Reed Case 38cc Race Ported Fujiwara Engine

These engine uses a genuine Fujiwara/Zenoah 40mm top end and DDM +2mm stroker crankshaft. The cylinder has been modified and race ported with CNC machined intake, exhaust and transfer ports. These race ported cylinders increase the total peak HP and peak RPM over the factory head.

HPRC Recommends the use a WALBRO WT 1257 Extreme Performance Carb, which is what was used during development and promo videos.

Matched to the cylinder is a billet reed case machined from 7075 aluminium featuring an oversized billet reed valve with carbon fiber reed petals. This particular setup keeps the 38cc of total displacement with the 40mm bore cylinder and 30mm stroke crankshaft. When added to a high performance tuned exhaust pipe you can expect Zenoah reliability and simplicity with tuner engine performance and power! The long stroke crankshaft improves the torque of this engine over a standard length crankshaft perfect for pushing a taller gear ratio set or a heavier truck.
