Big Bore VESLA.5 Transmission Case [KVS206]

To accommodate more considerable Big Bore engine power, we have added the following benefits to this new case:

• Massive Idler gear for strength required 
• A stronger layshaft that utilizes the additional support bearing for stability and smoother power transfer (optional). Gas or Electric
• Secondary, larger bearing to support the layshaft 
• New high-ratio Gas 51/25 gearing set-up suited for 46-50cc Builds
  
• New high-ratio Electric 51/25 gearing set up. 
• Direct fitment using the current Taylor layshaft (Secondary support bearing is not supported)
• Supports both gas and electric 

To create a full big bore transmission upgrade kit for your car, you need the below items:

• Kraken Vesla Electric layshaft for Big Bore Transmission Case - KVS146
• Kraken Vesla Gas Engine layshaft for Big Bore Transmission Case - KVS161
• Big Bore Hardened Gears Set for the VESLA.5 - KVS220

Note: It is highly recommended that you use the hardened gears only. If you own our hardened gears already, you will need the new Idler gear to work
